I couldn't find this in any of my cities to be built and i know no other civ in game built it. Is this mod still compatible?

It wasn't Beren or Thingol that caused the Fall of Doriath. If you're going to blame one person then you can blame Turin (poor bloke gets blamed for everything).

how about girdle of melian/elven ring which replaces great wall for elves? the ring would be obsoleted by the tech ruling ring or the wonder ruling ring. the girdle i dont know how to obsolete since it was ultimately thingol tasking beren to get a silmaril that doomed Doriath. that would be a tech of some sort i suppose.

photoshop cs6/ cc
i downloaded a dds pluggin, and an option in save as woud appear, by going into the save as, and then choosing dds from the dropdown menu. and then saving

for gimp, i go to export as, and then when you write the name of the file, add a .dds at the end to make it a dds file.

Ive actually got a question about mod creation. Im having a real hard time gettin the size 45 icon to convert to a .dds, bc of its "non power of 2" deal. Ive tried converters and pluggins for photoshop and gimp, none are working. I was just curious as to what software you use to get your 45 size icon. Id appretiat any help :].

, hmm, its a choice i guess castle or walls, but it would be overpowering with the extra defense with the castle, since castles gives plus 7.5 defense alone

Minas Terith does need to give culture. Minas Terith, Osgilliath, and Minas Ithil were the center of Gondor's culture. Osgiliath got destroyed, and Minas Ithil got captured by the Nazgul (became Minas Morgul) so Minas Terith was all that is left of Gondor's ancient heritage.
It should give a free castle and + culture.

Aren't defensive structures already free? After all, something being "free" means there's no matinence cost for them, but since defensive structures already have a 0 gpt cost...

Doesn't give a free Walls; can still build Walls upon completion and no Walls upgrade is applied to city model.

Has no Wonder model visible on the game map either.

You should make a spy HQ to increase scouts/spys proformance, lower cost and prodution and allow spy weapons and defence to give them a chance to escape capture. Is this possible?
