Unfortunatley, no :(

Although if you do buy it it's actually very helpful in Gmod, it enables you to play a whole lot more mods and stuffs.

Well, probably not illegal if the TTT starter pack could put cs files in their mods.

Yeah, you probably need CS:S, I do not know if there is a way to include the turle model with the mod, and if there was a way it would probably be illegal.

Also I am not too sure if the TTT starter pack will fix the problem, i am pretty sure but it dosn't always include all of the props and textures from CS:S.

@C4vacuum, you need the TTT Starter Kit - Props Pack 1, 2, 3, and 4. Or just go to the main page below and click subscribe to all. :)

@lil panda, its because you dont have counter strike: source. Just download the TTT starter pack or just buy counter strike.
