I can't get over how great the Troodon rework is. You've taken what was one of the most tedious and not worth it tames and made it into one of the best ones to start with.

you can put them both on however typically you will get one or the other, fairly soon I will put in ini settings to prevent my creatures from spawning that people should put in their Game.ini that way they can pick and choose which of my creatures you want to have spawn.

Is this compatible with Shad's Critter Reworks? I noticed that he also altered some of the sea critters like you did.

it is, i removed the ants in this mod because no untameables made a very good one and since i wanted to keep the bugs semi non controllable (while u can control alot of what his do) I thought it better to change them to a different creature all together (The Vespula species) right now they are in testing but spawn codes exist for them if u wanna mess with them

The modified therizinos, ants, and troodons all work, i.e. spawn naturally, for me on the Island.

i tested it on the island and it haven't been replaced even after destroywilddinos, your mod needs to load first in mod order or something ? or the mod creatures appear with vanilla?

ir replaces vanilla spawns by itself, no need to change it

your mod replaces theri vanilla spawn or should I do this manually with {NPCReplacements = (FromClassName = "Therizino_Character_BP_C", ToClassName = "Therizino_Character_BP_Lia_C")} ?

Its a diff creature so you would have to tame a new one! Maybe in the future I will add a way to convert existing tames but its not in the mod yet

if anyone has wild nests overspawning ants (since they don't wanna regulate themselves if the nest is in render but the ants aren't) just do

Or if you only want to kill wild ones you can do DestroyWildDinos

I would fix it but atm the kit wont let me compile the ant bps so for now thats just gonna be the bandaid fix

Someone already worked on rex so for me Im focusing on creatures almost no one cares about... like Troodon and Mosa and so on. Also @KonaManta finding them depends on the map really they appear in redwoods and in jungles in most maps and on scorched and ragnarok they appear in the dunes there as well. But they don't spawn anywhere else that isn't considered those spawn zones iirc

Do you have any tips for finding anthills? Haven't had much luck yet!

mmm then yea its probably a stack mod thing, since I have to cast to the actual honey item itself for this to work, so its probs best to spawn the default honey and try just to be safe

we have used the honey from hot bar as intended but looks like queen does not want to come out. All the other ants come out though

you have to throw it as a honey lure, if its not counted as a honey lure then it wont work if you just throw the item on the ground it wont work (Aka put it on ur hot bar and throw it out, don't throw the item itself out from ur inventory)

Seem to be having issues luring queen ant out for taming. Does a stack mod prevent the honey from luring the queen out?

bug found and will be fixed tonight: When a server restarts tamed nests lose who they are supposed to tame their spawned ants too. This will cause it to spawn wild ants infinitely, but don't be alarmed! Simply use "Destroyall antsoldier_character_bp_lia_c|Destroyall ant_character_bp_lia_c|Destroyall flyingant_character_bp_lia_c" and this will kill all the ants on the server. You then have some time to run over to the nest and use the "manage ant hill" option. Just doing that alone will give the ants a new person to tame too and will fix the issue until I have a hot fix out tonight thanks!

Not yet, but I plan to make an ini settings for it. The benefit tho is as long as you aren't in single player(with hibernation on) the timer ticks no matter where you are and whether anyone is on the server or not

I do wan't to eventually do a "More real" type of mod that makes creatures in the water actually combat each other and that makes a pack of smaller creatures more confidant to attack bigger creatures similar to the hyena

If I could do rex again, I'd like to change the roar to a greater roar of fear than Yutyrannus. And Dino will attack Spino, GIGA, etc.

No it only makes Theri's more able to compete with rex. However if people want me to rework rex's I wouldnt mind
