A workaround for this for anyone else that runs into it, is to use the "colonize [colonizer pop id]" command, Pop id can be found by turning on the debug tooltip with the command "debugtooltip" and hovering over the species in the species tab. Enter "debugtooltip" again to disable afterwards.

Hi there, just wanted to point out an oversight in regards to one of the origins, Shattered Ring; The two additional ringworld segments each have 4 blockers that reduce habitability cap by 25%, with this mod installed they can never be colonised and repaired.

Could you make it that red-habitables are still visible? I play on 0.25x habitables and it's important to be able to see all world I can potentially have

This should still work fine, but hasn't been tested.

Is this still compatible?

Are they enabled for colonisation? (colonisation rights I think?) I've definitely been able to colonise with a secondary species using this mod. But not used robots.

My droid has +200% habitability, but it only takes into account my main species habitability to tell me I can't colonize it.

Still works. Will change version number.

Sorry to bug, but any chance for this being updated? Being able to colonize any world no matter the habitability has been a major nitpick of mine for awhile.

Can confirm it does the latter and I am so very happy about it.

Haven't played for a while but, I think, the latter. Not by anything clever ob my part though, the icons only appear when colonisation is possible.

Quick question: by 'not able to colonize', do you mean I'm gonna be staring at red planet markers until they get above 40%, or do you mean they won't show up until that threshold is passed?
If it's the latter I'm sold.

@PrettyAverage <3 I will test it and if it works i'll act as your mod Prophet, and spread the good word!

It's a standard "define", so effectively sets a game rule that applies to everyone. I haven't actually managed to play a game for more than a few mins since I uploaded this - so not tested its effect on AI - but it absolutely should apply to the AI as well.
Prognostic Valtiel 23. juni 2020 kl. 20:45
can the AI Colonize it? I've noticed the biggest problems with games is that the AI colonizes poor habitability worlds and Guts itself economically speaking, so if it stops them from doing that I will be more than happy to sub and fave
GreatDevourer69 23. juni 2020 kl. 8:15
sub 40% worlds aren't free pop growth because pop growth on sub-40% worlds are reduced. Significantly.
OptimusPrimordial 22. juni 2020 kl. 2:45
Cool mod, I'll change that 0.4 to 1.0 and see how she goes.
James Bulk in Calorino Royale 22. juni 2020 kl. 0:13
It's always a smarter idea to colonise all worlds than it is to leave them alone, because you can just resettle pops off-world as they grow. Sub 40% worlds are just free pop growth at this point.

The Megacorp changes are actually much harsher. The cost in upkeep vs not being able to do it at all is often a toss up. In all practical sense, nothing actually changed.
