@Mr. Blue: I can perfectly understand that people would be pretty annoyed if someone actually "copied" (to use a euphemism) a mod. So that's the reason why I posted my rather long reply, to make it absolutely clear that the above is not the case. Well, at least we talked about it. One always tries to be as thorough as possible in looking for already existing mods, since there is not much fun in it to make the same thing twice.

Anyways, I've got nothing against you. It's my own fault for not being faster in uploading it to the workshop.

I don't mind that it's in the workshop twice. I don't mind that you have yours here. I was just expressing my... What's the word i'm looking for? I can't seem to think of it.

Great minds think alike though. Cowboy bebop is an amazing anime worth all the exposure it can get.

@Mr. Blue: I have absolutely no affiliation whatsoever with gamebanana. I upload my mods to the workshop and to l4dmaps.com . There wasn't a similar mod available over here or on l4dmaps.com , so I uploaded my own made mod. You said it yourself you didn't add the mod to the workshop first. You can't expect people to check every l4d related website out there if there is already a specific mod available. You had your chance to upload it here before everyone else, but apparently I was first. How exactly can I know that someone is about to upload a similar mod? Everyone on the internet can tell me: "I made it first, I posted it a long time ago on this or that website". You understand the dilemma this causes?

I mean, i didnt add it to the workshop first. But i had mine up on gamebanana a long time ago.

@lil Boy Shady: This is the original mod that uses the Tank! music from Cowboy Bebop. Some people wanted this music also as a replacer for the menu music however. So that's why there is also a menu music mod based on this theme.

So basically, there are a lot music files and other sounds that loop in this game (tank theme etc.). It's possible to do to this with a custom sound that is longer than the default sound by adding cues to it with a sound editor. However, some people are succesful with this, some people aren't. Usually, updating sound.cache should fix any problems. However, It seems as of late more people are having problems with sound cutting off much earlier than it should.
Anyways, I'm sure most people don't give a crap about the stuff behind this lol, but I'm definitely busy with it!

About uploading this theme as a replacer for the menu music: it's still coming. Sorry about the delay, but I was kinda busy. Also, simply replacing the menu music with this theme probably won't work. Firstly, there are a bunch of files that are involved in the menu music (all the campaigns got a seperate theme), secondly the mod will get a pretty big file size (over 200 MB's) if I won't shorten the file and thirdly it's questionable if the looping will work with the full theme.

But if you could make an it the main menu page that be cool like the real folk blues as the main menu page that be really cool. Currently i got the resident evil theme as the menu song.

Quick add to my previous comment: you can check the developer console to see if there are any mod conflicts.

Well, that's too bad. It works perfectly fine here at my end. I recommend you give your mod setup a good thought, because it seems you got some confict in your own setup going on. As a couple of last resort solutions it's perhaps a good idea to verify your cache files (although I don't think this will matter much tbh) and especially by unsubscribing to this mod and completely deleting it by going to your workshop folder where the addon is stored. Then subscribe again, and as I said before make sure everything is being downloaded.
