Hey, I'm looking for a mod that removes the occupation of rome modifier for all catholic nations. Do you know if there is one on the workshop somewhere or how difficult it is to create a mod for that?

No, the penalty makes sense. However, it should be fairly easy to remove in a mod. Just dm me on discord ill help you out, Sol_Invictus#1306
