I feel like these mini teleporters would be used more for items instead of people, since transporting objects is possible. Maybe like sending over ammunition and medicine, but maybe not in game world. Anyway this looks cool. I just felt like answering these questions of how it might work.

The only way I can think on how this would work is, it can only work on smaller classes like the scout, medic, sniper and spy and the engineer himself but beside that idea then... I got no other clue on how this would work x)

thank the lord for mini teleporter for tiny desk engineers to go from desk to bedroom to basement and to the store is best accsesory for my tiny desk engieeer 10/10 would build again
