@schema it works fine for me, make sure you place borders and fillers. Otherwise it'll indeed create blue texture.

when putting the parking lot a blue texture is seen, does anyone know how to fix it? It's a bug I think.

@Yieki You can use Traffic manager to restrict traffic from one end.

for people looking for tutorials on this stuff look up "Parking In Cities! Big Parking Lots, Parking Lot Roads, and Vanilla Parking" by YUMBLtv on youtube.. its a video from feb 2021.

I like these parking lots, but sometimes I can't place the spaces as I get "space already occupied" for some reason

Could you include some more pictures to better illustrate exactly what these are?

I'm 99% sure I figured it out but it took me like 3 minutes going back and forth between the screenshots and your other mods to figure it out.
