I have been playing on this beautiful map for a long time and I can throw off screenshots and coordinates with bugs if you are working on improving it now.

Adding images are a great idea. I will be putting some up as we work on the map.

Unfortunately, none of the people that we have are true modders. We use mods that already exist, but we might start creating our own mods at some point.

1 thing you might have to do. Several clothing items=scribe clothing, most of the female clothing doesn't exist in the fallout nv or any of the other mod packs. So was hopping when you and the rest of the amazing team, will be able to work on the clothing when this is all done.

Some things don't spawn because it was either forgotten, or wasn't necessary. More than likely it was the former

Some of those mods are just for the server that was up, and the others are actually a part of the map/spawn on the map

WHY DO WE NEED THAT MANY OTHER MODS MAN WHAT THE HECK
