A ton is different for version 4. I'll probably come back to this game at some point, but then I'd need to really refamiliarize myself with it before updating all my work. Anyone else is free to post an up-to-date version if they want, but yes, waiting for me to do it might take a while. Sorry.

Yeah, I haven't updated this for a while. I'd be surprised if it still worked on the current version.

Anyone getting the issue where everything (building upgrades, all higher level buildings) that requires "habitat administration" cannot be built because the "habitat system control" capital building it upgraded to instead?

I'm aware. With 3.4 coming so soon and me being busy, my plan is to just wait for 3.4 and update all my mods that require it then. I apologize if that's inconvenient for anyone.

This does add AI weights to the decisions, so they should use them if their weighting decides it's worthwhile.

No 3D assets are included in this mod. This adds planetary decisions that do not change the visual appearance of habitats.

A good question is that does the AI fully utilizes this? For the amount of habitat spam they currently do I really hope they can expand their habitats to be a bit more stronger

Updated for version 3.0.* of the game. Other than editing the version number, the only change is that ranks 3 and 6 now add 1 building slot each. It just makes sense that adding room would give you that space too, but sticking a building slot on each rank is too powerful. A +2 building slot bonus at max seems fair, considering the huge investment of time and alloys.

Mod is now "updated" for 2.8. Literally the only thing changed it just telling the game the mod works fine on that game version. Future updates are very unlikely to ever break this mod.

English is my native language, so I prefer that. As for crashing, I can't imagine why it's doing that. This is a very small mod that makes additions only. There are no edits to existing files. If something screwy happens in loading a mod, Stellaris usually just skips parts of it. You'd see the mod be non-functional, not crashing your game. Now, I have heard that Steam Workshop doesn't always download things correctly, and I've personally seen it refuse to update mods for me. I've had to unsubscribe and resubscribe multiple times to get it to update sometimes. Please try doing that. Perhaps it will fix this issue for you?

Hello, it crashes randomly for me, I've only been able to launch a game once (from 5 attempts), I have all DLC enable, no other mods (I thought it could be a compatibility issue with tiny outliner v2, but it crashes my game alone too)
PD: I can also speak Spanish fluently if you want me to explain in that language

single adjunct module and twin adjunct modules gives you +2 districts?

I tried this and found that once use twin adjunct modules, it still gives me +2 districts, which is same as single adjunct module

No, that is already in the game if you've got the humanoids pack. This adds planetary decisions to habitats that, when enacted, create planetary features on those habitats that add to the maximum district count.

The picture is what humanoid Orbital Worlds already look like. This just adds planetary decisions that let you expand the number of districts your habitats can hold.

You can build up your Void born habitats, into Space station esk structures, as in they look like stations, but they're habitats. is that the jist of this mod?
