and it also allows for parking on it but normal tree lined road with vanilla does not let parking allowed

you need to subscribe to custom trees as well and then use Network Skins 2 to change the trees.

Yes its basically vanilla version without road markings, although a bit wider road and narrower sidewalk/grass

why are the trees shown are different then in game? This is just a basic vanilla two lane road without markings????

@Eloso so it looks like they don't raise land value and lower sound pollution... can you make a version that does? I really like these roads, they go quite well with the BIG Roads project...

@Future they are based off the standard vanilla roads so they could have a different effect

Do these lower sound pollution/raise land value like the vanilla roads with trees? each time I upgrade other roads with these roads the little unhappy face icon appears over the surrodunding houses...

"Ground elevation only" mean this road cannot place on slope terrain is that correct?

Update: Optimisation of asset by removing unnecessary elevations.
Please use the vanilla roads for elevated, bridge and tunnels.

Awesome pack! One thing that'd be nice is lower curbs - the 30cm vanilla depth is a bit extreme
