Like ISunburst noted, HDR is High Dynamic Range.
Aso you could just search it on internet and find out that HDR makes image on your screen much more colorful and adjusts brightness so you can see more details.
And this map is for building and sandbox related purposes, usually people uderstand that when map name starts with gm_.
