You have the vanilla bread factory to blend in the city landscape. And there are already some nice mods for smaller-scale food facilities.
In any case, a smaller version of this type of mecha-bakery would be neat for the game, as it can easierly be added to various urban landscapes, while this big one has a bit of a "monumental" aura to it, like it's the central node of its immediate surroundings.
I would have to build a new factory district just to include it :P

From my understanding, I think there were smaller versions of the cylindrical bread factory in the USSR as well.
