I noticed however that three of the Influence Markers don't have tooltips, and on this workshop page the C in Consortium is not capitalized. Beyond nitpicky, but oh well. :P

Yeah I plan on patching up mine whenenever I can find the time. I might just upload a new versions with the mancers and masks assets along with empyreal supporters and some other stuff.

The mod "Argent: the Consortium with Mancers and Masks" has scanned expansion components (except for scenarios)

@teweller4 The player that obtains a mage picks it from the corresponding bag and it's automatically colored to match him, though you can just change the color teint through right clicking a mage.

how do you change base color of mages to match player that selected them?

Hey, and no! I'm operating under the belief that the original game without expansions is fine, as was the first author of this mod in 2016, so I guess it might be tolerated until the official comes out? I don't know.
