Is this a bug or is it taking so long for tier 2 technologies to open up?

So first of all, I appreciate the mod! I've noticed there are a lot of 1-turn research mods around and this one is nice because it's explicitly player only. I've wondered for a while, is it possible instead to make a mod where the arts trees can simply be worked on simultaneously? Like where you select something in each tree to research? The research time isn't that big of a deal to me, but choosing between military or economy is just stupid to me, especially because military is objectively more useful in vanilla.

Is it possible to make a mod that will speed up construction by 50%?
( It is possible to make as a booster which is as close to 50%?
Or let's say any construction or research can not, ( stand or investigate longer than 2 turns?

@YuriyPro That will be a little tough to make it 50% less time. The way my mod works is I made an effect that grants the player + 5000% research ponts, which results in all tech only taking 1 turn to research.

+ It is possible to make a mod that, when the agent's rank increases, will give 2 or 3 experience points.

Hello! You can make a mod that will speed up research by 50% (player only). In other words, if the technology is researched for 4 moves, then with mod 2 (turn)

@Darnold thx for the mod. It really helped at the start and i manage to beat Long campaign "Legend" with Shimazu clan by 62 turn.

@Tobias Not updated it in a while so no changes made to make it stop working. Might be a different mod interfering but I really have no idea.

@Darnold 1. yes, I have ROTS. It worked for me before but it stopped working.

@Tobias Its a custom made effect, should have no compatibility issues. Do you have ROTS? It is possible the base effect I use is from that DLC and if you do not have that it may be why its not working for you. No other reason I can think of.

@Lightning Yea, recruitment would act the same. The only reason this mod works is because I never actually reduced the turn counts, just gave the player + 5000% research which basically makes all player research only 1 turn.

@Lightning It gets tricky when you reduce values. If you go below 0% you go into the negatives and the turns count backwards and nothing builds. Trust me I tried it. I can reduce players build times by like 40% max, that way any tech you acquire that buffs same value too should not ruin your game.

More wealth, 1 turn research, good agents only for the player..what about buildings?

@RaptorHunter67 I have had that happen to me before long before this mod. I think its the game itself, for example, if your the Date and you enter the mogami clans base next door on turn 1 the game will CTD but not on any turn after that. Other weird CTD I have had too when just exploring but only on that specific turn, fine the turn after.

also other small mods are enabled but just only this one with the research stuff,gameplay Tokugawa

btw,when i'm in the battle sometimes the game freezes completely,and it doesn't respond, and the game just shut downs,it never happened to me before,i like the mod but i don't know what's causing the bug.
