Hello, I wanted to bring to your attention a potential bug with this track type. I have used this asset in many of my cities but with the latest one, I noticed a major degradation in the game's simulation speed (not FPS). When I installed and used the RON (Replace Your Network) mod to replace this asset with the a Vanilla tram track, my game's simulation speed immediately improved 100 fold. I also noticed that if I did the replace, the undid it, the simulation speed remained fixed.

I do not know if the issue was due to a hiccup in the saving/loading or some other happenstance of my game, but I wanted to post here to let you know that there might be a bug. I have not noticed an issue as of yet with any of your other mods.

Out of your Vanilla+ roads, I probably use this the most. My only complaint is that the elevated variant seems to be a bit wider than 2u (16m) as any buildings one square around it are demolished and the zoning grid is cut back. Other than that, it's an awesome asset.

Any chance to have a road like these but the tram lanes located at the side of the street like the bike roads?
