Open your spawn menu, go to the left, look for the addons tab and then look for the name of the addon.

Mind you, when we talk nuclear explosions in the context of a battle, we are talking about tactical warheads, an actual nuclear war would imply strategic warheads and you don't bother sending forces in that case.

Hard to tell. It would probably not be flipped over by a nuclear explosion, but otherwise it's usefulness is questionable when cheaper tanks could achieve the same as this thing.
