This mod has to be set per-battle, but IIRC you can also set squad order in the Skyranger (by removing and readding units) and in lwotc by assigning units to squads in the desired order.

I wouldn't take my word for that though, I've barely played in the last couple years.

Is it configurable per squad ? Like I have 10 squads (lwotc long campaign)
How does it work then? I have to config at the beginning of each batrtle?

Amazing! Is there an idea to make an independent selection of soldiers for the first mission, from your pool and look at their characteristics in order to choose the best for it? Tired of randomly generated disabled people in the Gatecrasher mission.

Does this work with Legacy Operations? I can set the unit order fine in the first mission, then in the next my units all disappear and l'm in some glitchy zip mode state and can't use any actions.

No, you're thinking of Quick Soldier Info. This one lets you change the order your soldiers go in when you start whacking tab (or shift)

Funny, this is one of the only base game non-voicepack mods Inever had a problem with in WotC. Nice to have a version I know 100% won't throw me a curveball 50 hours in though
