I would love to use the sound pack, but it always causes high pitched screeching noises, even after rebuilding and updating the audio cache multiple times. other wise I'm a big fan of this mod

Sure , search on the guide section of l4d2 : " change sound ", when inside the files delete the following files => tank.wav and taank.wav
