the scopes ruin this otherwise perfect mod, has someone succesfully fixed it? I tried to fix it by simply deleting real_fix_scopes.pbo but it it just gave a weird zoom to other scopes

Probably unlikely, seeing as when the last update was.

But is there any chance of a version of this without the scope fix? I really hate that close-range scopes now zoom in to the point of being unusable - it should be optional or a CBA option at least.

@HUNT-U that actually sounds like a possible issue with your server's command line. I'm unsure of what server you use but with Logic it requires you to remake a command line whenever you change out mods. The Command line is what tells the sever which of the installed mods it needs to actually use.

"3. Real Armor... [real_armor.pbo]... normalizes the armor properties of every vehicle making the vehicle damage model more realistic."

I don't understand if this "more realistic" means that: 1 Javelin, 1 TOW, 1 NLAW, 1 Panzerfaust, 1 MAWWS - FVV 551 ammunition is enough to destroy a T-72 tank.
I say this because, using this MOD, I need to fire (and hit bulls-eye) a T-72 with several AT missiles (ammunition) to be able to destroy it. This is not "more realistic" at all. Taking the actual T-72 tanks armor in the Ukraine invasion as reference, normally 1 AT missile /ammunition hit = 1 T-72 tank disabled /destroyed. I Also tested using Hellfires (AH-64 heli) and the result is practically the same (more than one missile needed to destroy a T-72). Something is not right but hey.. thanks for the effort to do this MOD. It is always nice to see efforts to make "Arma 3" better (more realistic), since "Bohemia Interactive" normally does not give a s*it.

Hear the close up death sounds no prob but when I kill someone 4 or 5 hundred out I get that message.
