the scarecrow mod allready has trinket icons, weapon and armor icons, and skill/camping skill icons. realistically all you would have to do is movement, idle, investigation,camping , afliction, virtue and roster images. im just saying as a side project or something it (might not) be that hard to pull off considering you have base models to work with allready.

@Grunk, at minimum heroes require 1 idle animation, 1 movement animation, at least 2 (ideally 3) big arts for affliction, virtue and roster imge, plus investigation and camping pose plus 7 icons for skills plus 8 icons for weapons/armors + varying amount of icons for their unique trinkets as well as trinkets themselves.

i know that and i looked into the files, it has ALL the combat animations, all its missing is the idle, the affliction, the walking and investigating files. im just saying it would be a nice mod to add to my modlist, id gladly add it. heck even just a png of the scarecrow instead of the animations would satisfy me. i just dont know how to do that kind of stuff.

you can't. Heroes have MUCH more stuff in them than monsters

does anyone one know how to turn monster files into hero ones? i would love to see the scarecrow enemy from this put on the scarecrow hero mod.

if the farmstead plus mod replaces the vanilla monsters, put it in the mod list BEFORE my replacer. Either way there shouldnt be any problems

dunno about scarecrow class. you can try to replace the sprites, just drag them from scartecrow folder. but it won't change things like roster portrait
