I've been playing around with the power line segment in Asset Editor, adding it to some of my other roads, works great. Just wanted to mention that if you add an odd number of vehicle lanes, you can use the road upgrade tool to reverse the side of the power lines, like with asymmetric roads and one ways. Just set an odd numbered lane at position 0 to Lane Type: Vehicle and leave the Vehicle Type as None so it isn't used.
