I think a shorter barrel means louder cause assault rifles with shorter barrel are louder.

@Stefan The raw audio for the makarov is probably bassier or chunkier, or vice versa, either way its just a design choice by battlestate :/

I personally have spent a good 4 or 5 hours trying to fiddle with the handling to get it louder consistently without clipping to no avail, ive given up several times but i might as well go ahead again today so i guess just sit tight while i fuck around with the files

I plan on updating this in the near future, and these are the raw audio audio files, the only thing i would do to modify these would be to increase the volume of the handling, which i have stated in the description. You can go ahead and modify this yourself to fit your desires but i have no intention of modifying the audio myself because then they wouldn't be Escape From Tarkov sounds.

Also is this in WIP?

Gah, I think the sounds dont have enough kick, can I boost them with an equalizer or something?

You don't have to directly copy his mods but you can use them for inspiration
