There is an error in your .rpk, the setting 'Highest Spawner Strength' is incorrectly linked to vanilla High Setting and not to your definition of what are Highest settings. So in practice Highest corresponds to High.
Very High is correct and is thus the one to use if you want tougher spawners, above High setting.

This is THE mod for the game. I am wondering whether You'd be willing (or whether possible at all) to implement in for Empire mode as well?

Is it also available for the point "my empire"? or only for single planet game?

I don't know if you are still willing to work on this but are you willing to add a "Tiny" and Tiny +" map size? In the AoW3 version a friend and I would skirmish using one of the smallest map setting from a mod like this one.

It is possible, but i have to change each settings world by world.
So if you really want it. I make new mod that able to select all factions.

Would you be able to make it so ALL factions are selectable, regardless of which world is chosen?

Invasion can be disabled already, so "Never" is unnecessary.
