asdiany, first you need a program to record you game (ex. Nvidia ShadowPlay, Fraps, or similar), and then a video editing program (ex. premiere pro, windows video editor, etc.). Then you use the game's replay tool to act out the scenes. If you don't know how to use the tool, search "space engineers replay tool" on Google to find a tutorial.
