Blue and grey - Japanese console (his clones like mine is popular in Russia
Red buttons - European
Black buttons - American (Genesis)

This is Sega Mega Drive PAL Games but Not Japanese its European Games!!!
Sega Genesis & Mega Drive is Same System.
