Its an nzombies config, spawn into the regular map, hold q and open the tab in the ingame menu that says "nzombies".

Set your gamemode in the main menu to nZombies unlimited, start a new game on pvb_hentai, and just load the config in the start menu. The spawns and wall buys should already be there.
