Hm, that's weird. None in our group has had any such problems. The item count is about half of the maximum the editor allows, so I don't think it should be a problem. You sure you don't have Level of Detail setting at minimum since it was reset in the latest patch?

Too many items or something - many sections do not render correctly. Level design is solid - if the actual items rendered, it would be a great course. Perhaps delete some superfluous structures and decoration?
