I can't seem to find the .gma file anywhere ?w? every other addon seens to be pretty well where I'd expect it, except this one

If you are able to extract it, it’s pretty easy to change the cool down, duration size, etc

I know you said you have limited LUA knowledge, but I was curious if it would be within your scope to add some console commands? it's proven a pretty neat utility but if there was a way to set the duration, cooldown and/or radius of the shield serverside in console it would greatly improve the amount of situations this could be used in, at least for me :3 Not much of a starwars fan but a very nice addon nonetheless UwU

This uses a Tick method and calls ents.GetAll() every tick which is very costy on performance. I've edited this to see if it can be more optimized, which it can be. Drop me a message I'll send you the code.

No, the shield is meant for Star Wars and to only stop blaster/energy fire bullets will go through

The Shield can not stop the bullets from the addon OptTre Covenant, can you add that update??

For the Creator of this mod, Would it be possible to take the Marksman-H Combat Remote, and put it into a working mod that allows it to fly about whomever enables it, so that they can train with it, like with the Lightsaber addon, Wiltos, where it can block the blaster rounds that it would shoot.

An example would be like to take the HL2 City Scanner, and have it be able to shoot a blaster, while still be able to fly.

The shield should make a ball rather than a half ball because on non-flat ground, there are problems. In addition, when the shield is activated, we can see people and npc through the props. It will be very nice if this is fixed. Otherwise the addon is very cool.

This is really cool but I wish there was a way to turn off that big timer in the center but other than that great addon.

I won't make a red one, and this is meant to be for something for a trooper to put down with zero ways to exploit it. I'll make five more different shields tomorrow from 1-5 mins of duration, with different cooldowns of course

This is one cool addon. It's like a larger version of the Portable Force Field. I love it! It would also be great if someone made Halo Reach Armor Abilities. As for one of them (the Armor Lock), however, it would probably require wOS Base or something like that. I know you can only make small edits to LUA to fix it. Plus, I can relate to that. There ARE things I fixed for the new Gmod myself.
