I believe it's something with one of the graphical settings causing it to look weird on some peoples end, I don't mod for this game anymore so I don't really have any intent to go back in and fix it unfortunately, was kinds just one of those things I made because it's a default unreal thing so it would look funny in hat

i think what everyone is experiencing is a weird amera bug where rotating the camera blends everything together, like after images

unequipping the badge doesn't seem to deactivate the effect (and the effect didn't work and only blinded me)

Oh yeah that's a graphics settings thing, you need to turn a specific setting up one, but I don't recall what setting (Nothing I can do to fix it) gimme a bit and I'll find what setting it is

Could you send me an image of what it looks like, I think the issue might be with the graphical settings since I ran into that issue at one point aswell

Badges completely don't work. For me it just makes everything stop and has all the overlay textures repeat like a broken gif.
