I am very busy here, sorry for not replying. In the future, it should not be a conference center. To remake it into a conference center requires regenerating mesh files. Unfortunately, my computer has been reinstalled and the previous working environment is gone.

so can i just download the mod and build a habitat and it will work? or do is there no other way for it to work other than the asari mod.

I found out you have to upgrade it habitat 2 to make it appear.

Does it has to be upgraded to be seen? I followed the directions and I got the regular habitat once I built it. Do you need to only use the Asari for it to show?

It's a station. Looks like you download this file, copy/cut it out of your Stellaris workshop folder and paste it into the Asari ship set folder. It should replace any habitat you build while using the Asari ship set you're supposed to paste this file into with the Citadel model shown above.
