i mean. its cool and her beta fit was fucking awesome but the Really Loud Thumping Sound that happens basically every time i do a normal jump makes me kind of annoyed :v idk if it's a problem with this model specifically but i haven't had any problems with it beforehand. so. ya

@sheepherd there's no leak face texture of afro-american asian Alyx,the only textures from the leak are the caucasian one the other face texture from 2002 - 2003

the alyx face texture in that mod is yours combined with the older face texture from the leak

@updated,I am aware that I'm in the credits of the mod page,I didn't know to be honest,but now that I'm seeing the pictures,yes,it's the same model except that the goggles lights are darkened or that's how it looked like. and to exactly answer your question,this was before the mode released so,that mod,uses this model and not the other way arround.
