I'm working on a upload of all these mods to Civfanatics so everything is available there.

I have performed three attempts to install this mod, and then opening the subsequent mod folder to see if the missing Splash Screens were added, and for whatever reason they are not downloaded.

It is quite weird, as I was able to obtain the Splashes from downloading the Standalone mods for these Wonders and manually place them in the folder, but the Steam File for whatever reason refuses to download them.

The Steam mod file may have been corrupted in the 3 years since this was posted. See if this re-upload fixes things.

The Empire State Splash is also surprisingly missing.

I looked into the mod files, and saw that the Splash Screen for the Keldur Hall Wonder is missing for whatever reason. If you could please fix this issue, it would be greatly appreciated.

The Keldur Hall Splash Screen is a bit broken, I thought it crashed my game, but it was just an error that it could not load the Keldur Hall Splash Screen.

The requirement is the city has to be on Flat land I believe.

What are the requirements to create Neuf-Brisach? I can't seem to figure it out and it's not in the notes nor can I find the single mod.

It doesn't crash on my end so idk. I wouldn't know unless I saw your database civ 5 log.
Also the downside of having terrain placement requirements is that if there is only 1 tile nearby of say a "tundra" mountian. Then you can build it.

It's okay, but when I build Keldur Hall, the game crashes. I get a message about an "unloaded texture". There is something wrong with this wonder at all ... I played on the world map with TSL and with the real location of resources, and the miracle before me built Incan ... With mountains, plains or jungle next to it - without tundra

Dang! I should have looked at that! (I mean it's in the tittle of the mod after all!)
I really liked that you added a unique unit to build after building the Colosseum.
