Had no luck with the latest update, also using WiseSerpent's mod.

@WiseSerpent There was a game update on 6/18 that broke your updated version. You are also missing the mod.yaml and mod_info.yaml files that tell the game what it's compatible with. I would Recommend uploading your version to the Workshop so that updates can be pushed to people automatically when ready.

@WiseSerpent Also your mod on github is saying its not compatible with the new dlc

oh, oh no, so Ronivan Fontanez has passed away. I am sorry to hear that. The man was a creative genius and I loved his work. I hope he can be at peace.

@WiseSerpent this is the only way I could find to message you about this, but it looks like today's QoL update broke your Palmera Tree fork. It now crashes on startup.

Last I checked this mod was not working, so I am not sure why polluted water would be used.....more vitamins and minerals for the food? >,> maybe?

@WiseSerpent did you changed the requirement for sunny wheat from water to polluted water?

is there any version that only food and no add new plants? cuz my game got crack if add new plants

When the new version goes live, it would be nice if the seeds for many of the plants were added as Care Packages, similar to how many other seeds are in the game. Otherwise if your asteroid happen to spawn without any of them, or the mod is added after generation, the mod becomes mostly useless.

Yeah, not installing a random dll from github. Do what others have said and upload it to the Workshop with credit to OG.

Can confirm not loading on game start up once enabled, then is auto disabled by game. Sadly I know from reading Ronivan comments, that they have a lot on there plate. I hope he stays healthy and has less stress.

As of November 2024 update, this mod does not work and results in a crash, I've initialized the game now over 80 times 1 mod at a time, and this one doesn't work.

@WiseSerpent I think what happened was that I didn't read your instructions properly the first time ^-^; I just grabbed your new updated file and my game loaded and I can find kakawa in the ingame database! Thank you very much!

I am not a particularly computer savy individual however, so I have an inkling I have done something wrong; is there a way for me to send you the screenshot of the error screen so you can help me identify what i managed to screw up (assuming that is what happened)?

@ccss1997 you mean you unpacked the .zip file and replaced the old .dll file with the one from archive, right? if so, try to get a call stack log and describe what action caused the crash.

Hi there, I did attempt instaling the zip file from github in place of the one of the same name in the mod's file, howevver the game still keeps crashing right away; am i doing this right?

@[PS] LoganThrives, I test mods with SpacedOut on. Fixes only version runs good? It looks like a problem with .yaml files. Try to redownload them.

@WiseSerpent I downloaded your rebalance mod off of Github but it comes up saying that its not compatible with SpacedOut.

I installed WiseSerpent's mod manually, it was quite easy to do so and has so far worked perfectly.

But I'm 90% sure that this one won't be updated because it hasn't been for almost 2 years

Just give the original modder the credit for making it and it should be fine

I hope Ronivan won't be too mad about this.
I've built a couple versions of the mod while Ronivan is busy. You can find it here [github.com].
First one is the current version of the mod with some fixes. Second one is my private fork with some rebalance ideas.

It is not offical releases, it's just a temporary solution and it will be (probably) deleted after update.

I love this mod so much. I check here frequently to see if it's been updated to Frosty DLC. I will continue to wait.

Yeah, I have tried a few work arounds, and even unloading both DLC, This mod does not work at least for me. Ever since the Frosty pack released. Same with a few other of your mods. Not trying to rush, Just giving you and the ones that read the comments an update/notice.

The Lice Wrap is also a good one for extending the usefulness of meal lice, especially if you've got a Glossy Drecko ranch going. The Spiced Omelette has carried my colony through many cycles until I could find a decent source of natural gas.

I do hope this mod gets an update - its recipes are a very welcome expansion of options. Getting extra mileage out of muckroot with the baking recipe is very much appreciated to buy time for getting food production online.
