Didn't even realize scooters was founded in NE. I'm glad I have one here in Columbus, but dang it I wish we had a Dunkin' here too.

They recently built a Scooter's in Rapid City, which I'm rebuilding in C:S, so this is a perfect asset. Although it's on the right side of a strip mall, I won't ask you to make any changes- I'll just swap it with the Subway on the other end. (I already did that with the Petco at Rushmore Crossing, and I'm not going for perfect accuracy anyway.)
