You will need Parts Craft DLC to use textures like faces. Some CAWs will also need other DLC to use their moves, clothes, etc.

I see.other up loader told me about that, it require the DLC links the edit parts.

You have to go to Edit Mode and Wrestler Edit to apply this face manually on an existing wrestler. I believe there's a couple of Riho CAWs using this face so you can also choose to download those with the texture already applied.
