Now, when you are playing any faction, you can do any of the diplomatic treaties in the description. Of course, they're not cheats; you still need good standing just as you would any other faction that had those options open to them.
All this has changed, are the diplomatic options open to the players. Diplomatic options for AI <-> AI are unchanged.
You cannot engage in diplomacy with the Chaos Invasion factions, primarily because I've set up a soft-overhaul of sorts where the Chaos Invasion is just fuck-off insane, and would be boring as hell to just peace them out.
Removed aversion?
Forced the AI to accept the listed treaties?
