Yep, Tank has been crashing the game for me as well, unfortunately. Same error as Doc903 (too many indices).

Just found out it says the same thing for the boomette model:
Model models/infected/boomette.mdl has a bad texture models/infected/boomer/boomette_color
These two are probably not the only models with this problem.

I just removed the human heads, added the zombie heads, and recolored the body skin to match the head skin.

WWII Zombies have too many polygons. Will cause crashing, even on the lowest possible settings.
