Error Crash Failure Not Working Right About This Door

Thanks for the feedback. This game version is too glitchy ...
I've replayed that part of the map and it seems to be working fine for me.
Anyway, each time I get an error in this game I do the following process and it seems to solve it:

Resume:

1) Right Click the title in your Steam Library
2) Select Properties
3) Navigate to the Local Files tab
4) Select "Verify Integrity of Game Cache
5) Allow process to complete fully and then relaunch your game and observe for changes.

Unfortunately the game crashes for me after unlocking the blue door and taking the elevator down - either when entering the hallway from the elevator or when entering the first door left in that hallway
