Someone else has posted an updated version you can find here

I have a complete remake of this mod in the works but irl stuff slowing down the process.
I will likely update this and my other Extra Buildings mods to smth new sometime next week after 4.0 drops tho.
It is working as intended.
I disabled the slums and the upgrades for regular housing. The Dense Housing still exists.
I will reenable the slums sometime soon.
Theyre useful early game on high pop planets in heavily modded games
of that, im using an imperial authority, with feudal society, cyber dictatorship, and war engineers civics
Also what type of empire are you playing when you get the issue? Knowing your Authority and Civics would be very helpful.
Easy fix would be to move this mod below PD-PH.
Ill try and fix the compatibility next time I update this mod.
so an update is coming but its not ready yet.
Also planning to add an "upscale" dense housing thats all positives but really expensive.
At max tier the "upscale" and slum housing will give atleast 50 housing.
Robots actually get the worst buildings, in my opinion the best comes with the Shared Burdens civc.
