i was also originally going to make it FWD but it's already uncontrollable on a dirt road with downforce and AWD, so i decided against it

I guess you only need to insure it if you were driving it on the road, so yah. No need to insure it at all. Except maybe for damage, fire, being stolen by robbers, and Indian raids.
