Found solution if in Geforce now its not able to enable open steam also in you own pc and while running on geforce now unsubscribe and subscribe on your PC steam. then go geforce now mods open and it should be able to enable it

On Geforce Now I am not able to allow it. Error line: The mod is missing descriptor file.Please contact the autor of this mod. (Its also in red triangle)

The launcher sees this mod, but when the game starts in the game itself, it does not work. Version 1.9.3, what to do?

@Synthentix Hey, I didn't change anything nor was there an update so it still works I guarantee you.

Troubleshooting:

Unsubscribe from Construction Speed +100% in Steam Workshop
Go to your mod folder (eg. ...\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV\mod)
look for "2106360386.mod" and delete that file
Resubscribe to Construction Speed +100% and wait for it to download
Activate Austria Independent for HOI4 and play

if all else fails, go to your equivalent of C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\394360 and delete the folder "2106360386" (this will force steam to re-download the mod)
