In this file, all tiers of armor (Kevlar,LightPlate,MediamPlate,etc) have the same TemplateName.
I don't think it will work properly then.
So,For example, I think it would be better to rewrite it as ....
TemplateName="MW2R_Rus_Torso_M". (Kevlar Default)
TemplateName="LPW_MW2R_Rus_Torso_M". (Light Power Armor) and so on.
These can be anything as long as they each have a different name.
Soviet tanker helmet can be found in MGS Soviet Uniform pack (or something like that).
"Driven to kill/Ruslan"? I know that film... actually Zhizhikin did try to tell Seagal not to as Russians don't do it this way. It sounds really amusing for Russians. Moreover, in the criminal world (at least the old style criminals) they used to be exceptionally polite with each other, some words were not to be spoken at all (anything impliying homosexuality) unless one was ready to kill or be killed on the spot... or actually make the other guy a passive homosexual.
only reason i spelled it like that in the poster was because of a steven seagal movie where he pronounced it like that
Sorry, had to tell that guy that he is wrong and how one can correctly preserve the sounding of the Russian curse words in English. It is "sooka(h) blyat" if you want a variant most close to the original sounding and "cyka" if you try to preserve the visual form (pseudocyrillic). No bleeding "syka" - that's for sure.
Okay, no problem. I've seen a couple of mods where decos were accidentally commented out in the config, but turned out to be fully working. Was wondering if that was the case here. Great mod, regardless!

Have you used the "XCOM2 Alternative Mod Launcher"?
But I've got a question... Why do they (foreigners) always try to write Russian errrr... dirty words (first screenshot)? And to aggravate they do it with mistakes.
