will this be ported to SSE/AE?
Nod Lucario 2016
Does this require SKSE? Because I don't have that installed, and don't want to be forced to install it just to use this mod
nvm i just had to wait
i cant recieve my order, it says i dont have enough gold, the order is 173 gold and i have over 5000, whats the problem?
I have made this part of my top 3 Skyrim Mods. I am not sure if the following should done to balance it more....

- The making of certain weapons and armor should be level-locked.
- The price of making the weapons and armor should be more expensive.
Captain Blackflounder 2014
Can you have him craft armors and weapons from other mods?
Allie 2014
This mod is fantastic and realistic and I love it. I will also second greaterfeind's idea, and request/suggest for a catalog at Adrienne's, though perhaps for the lower level stuff, like orcish and below, since she's not quite the master craftsman that Eorlund is, though she does make very nice weapons and armor for her level :-)
A+... You should add a dialogue option to clear the order, though, in case someone chooses the wrong items. I know I keep doing that and have racked up way too much to pay for it all
Sneep Snorp 2014
It's a really cool idea, but there was one idea I had to improve it slightly. Perhaps making the ordered gear take much more resources than just smithing to balance it, but also offer the current edition for those whom like it the way it is. Fantastic idea though and don't even bother with this idea if you don't like it for any reason.
Great mod! I could'nt live in skyrim without it. Thanks!
Personally I like the other Adrienne Avenicci, or Warmaiden, better.
Fat Traveler 2014
Great mod, thanks very much for doing these. Does he also upgrade them by chance? For a differing fees he could upgrade from fine to legendary.
Sounds like a great mod but one question, since I haven't tested it yet : can Eorlund forge for me armors coming from mods ?
Exodus 2013
Mod works flawless great work
Caaros 2013
EORLUND WON'T LET ME PAY, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE ENOUGH MONEY!!!!!!!
This is the best mod ever. Srsly.
Is there some compatiblity issue with Dawnguard? I tried the mod with a save having completed that questline and the book acted like a forge (no money required). I tried another character (same load order) and the mod worked normally.
Dimitriid - The Misanthrope 2013
Awesome idea, wondering if you ever thought about something similar to comission enchantments as well (that guy in the collegue even comments on how people comission enchantments yet you can't comission anything)
Brilliant mod idea. Always avoided smithing as the skill and ability advances ridiculously fast and ruins immersion, and the fact that your PC despite being primarily a warrior or mage or whatever ends up a better smith than the 'masters' devoted al ltheir life to it like Greymane. Nice work.
Fix worked perfectly, didn't even have to use a clean save. Again, really good work :)
Blacksmiths that can improve your weapons... that's an awesome idea! And it shouldn't be limited to Eorlund: every smith sould be able to do it. The best smiths would improve better, perhaps to Epic or Legendary, but it would cost more than average ones who could perhaps make them Flawless. Best. Idea. EVAR. Could be included in the crafing mod i'm working on.
Star 2012
Is there any chance you could add the ability to pay for improvements to existing weapons and armor? And perhaps add or make a different mod that allows you to pay mages for enchantments on weapons? It doesn't make sense that you have people like the head enchanter in Winterhold who talk about people paying for enchantments but not being able to yourself, or not being able to pay expert blacksmiths to improve your weapons and armor.
The Cyber System 2012
(sorry for 2 posts but the word limit gets REALLY annoying). i do have 1 particular suggestion though, which i think will bring your mod from the level of really awesome into the category of totally awesome. what is this idea? have a second catalogue which enables eorlund to improve weapons and armor. now, since he would simply make all of them too powerful, you could use a scaler to pay less gold for less improvement, or more gold for more improvement. i think other people have suggested this before, but i cannot stress how much better your mod would be if you did this. i really think it would be a good use of time. anyway, this is definitely a must-have mod for anyone who plays skyrim on pc.

'Loving It'
The Cyber System 2012
i have the 'dragon souls to perks' mod which is basically a set of three standing dragon stones near riverwood (not the guardian stones) and it converts your dragon souls which you have left over, into perks, using the the simple formula of 'lvl required for perk divided by 10 = number of dragon souls required for perk'. meaning a perk requiring lvl 30 in its skill requires 3 dragon souls to unlock. even though i use that mod a lot for all skills including smithing, i still use this mod because i reckon that bethesda should have had this in the vanilla game in the place. i mean, oblivion had teh two crazy custom-blacksmiths in shivering isles, and this is quite similar to that idea, only expanded to accomodate all smithing styles.
Nlyth 2012
Sounds like what I was looking for, will try it out. Always hated to level smithing when not playing a warrior. And it makes sense to me that you should be able to get weapons and armour custom-made by a blacksmith already in game.

Thanks for your continued interest in this mod. I've just uploaded a new revision with some changed scripting that should hopefully solve the problems people have been having with paying for their order. On my machine and setup, it works just fine. It's compatible with Dawnguard too (but Dawnguard is not required).

If you continue to have problems, please try the mod with a "clean" save (e.g. a new character or a save made before you ever installed any version of this mod). If that solves the problem, it's likely that your recent save games got "corrupted" with information from older versions of this mod. In that case, please follow these instructions [arwenevecom.ipage.com] to clean your save game, then try again. Please let me know if your problems persist after that.
After installing Dawnguard, I can't even access the crafting menu after activating the book. Still subscribed and waiting for a fix though, this mod is too good to give up on.
Can't use this to craft any weapons except the official dragonbone ones added in dawnguard. In all the other categories I can only order armour or arrows.
This mod isn't compatible with 1.7 Skyrim (or SKSE 1.5.10):
1) "unable to pay even if you have enough gold";
2) skill/perks are resetting after order.
very bugged for me. I am only given the option to say "I'm a little low on cash at the moment" whenever I go to pick up my order, even if I already have more than enough cash
As of now, I really don't see a point in keeping this mod.
Sounds to me like it allows you to go to Vignar Grey-Mane (I think) and ask him to craft stuff for you, provided you have the right materials.
Jehovas Hater 2012
i dont get what the mod does....
Great mod. It worked well for me, and I really like what it adds in allowing PCs to purchase otherwise unobtainable armor sets from Skyrim's most greatest blacksmith! Thanks for making it!
@ mysteryman3 No, they had the option to do this back in morrowind, in the Mournhold expansion.

I'm glad this mod was made, as i ran into the exact problem described by the author.
two orders*
Correcting again: now it isn't working. I haven't changed anything.
I thought it was because before I purchased to orders together, but it wasn't, now it isn't working anymore. Seems like I would have to unsubscribe and etc all over again.
The mod is one of the best mods here in Steam Workshop, hope you can solve it.
Awesome job either way.
@Thiago_Toste: glad to hear it's working after all
@mysteryman3, Champion_Thomas: thanks for the compliments, glad you are enjoying the mod :)
Well, unsubscribed, deleted, made clean safe and stuff, then I tried it again and now it's working.
I'm having problems, the only option is that I'm low on cash, but I'm not. I know that in the revision history you tried to fix that, but seems that for me it isn't working.
It's actually curious, 'cause I've used your mod before, then stoped playing Skyrim for a while. Now I got back, completely reinstalled the game due to other matters, but your mod doesn't work. Maybe something to do with the new patch?
The Cyber System 2012
When Ithink about this mod, I realise that it is actually very lore-friendly, and even enhances the lore of Skyrim. I guess Bethesda didn't put this in the game because they just didn't think of it. Brilliant idea. Once again, two thumbs up!
Sunset 2012
This has to me one of the single Most usefull mods i have ever found Thanks for making this :) because i am no longer forced to make 10000 iron daggers :)
oh thanks i am infact i just learnt how to fix it
@gusman98: are you using Open Cities by any chance? In that case, it won't be there. Otherwise, it's at the Skyforge just to the right of the hot part of the forge.
i cant find the catalogue
@mysterman3: thanks :) Glad you enjoy it.
@That warrior from hammerfell: just the official high-res textures, no other mods.
The Cyber System 2012
This is a really cool mod. It's perfect for those who end up with lots of cash but don't want to waste perk points on the smithing tree. Nice job. Two thumbs up!
were you using any texture improvement mods when you took the picture for the icon?
@Righ121: I frequently visit the Skyrim modding forums at Bethsoft using the same username. Could you send me a PM there?
Hey Herko, I'd like to talk to you about some modding stuff. Any way we could talk? Email, IM?
I've just uploaded a new revision that uses a different approach to determine if the player is able to pay for his/her order. Hopefully this will fix the problems some people have been having when trying to pick up their order.

@That warrior from hammerfell: you should be able to pay for your order now.
@Puzzled Panda: I'll try to work something out.
