Should be, that mod only affects the headcrabs, so with no conflicting files it should be compatible

it wont be compatible with BMCE, because they both edit textures. what you can do is manually extract them and override BMCE's with these.

Wont work on males,it only works on female scientists and zombie scientist,i have a custom folder set up for this even.

With BMCE, the coatless scientists still have tan butts, which contrasts with the rest of their white pantsness when they're standing up.
