Thanks for @Agitation 's feedback.
However, after starting a whole new game, I still cannot find the cheat village all over the Dreg area, weird... :steamfacepalm:

The cheat village is in the centre of upper Dreg. I've uploaded a screenshot of it's location on the map to the mod's images. Make sure to import your save to spawn the village.
