Download it from alyxmods, then place all the files in the zip into the directory of your map (SteamApps\common\Half-Life Alyx\content\hlvr_addons\yourmapname) Then you need to restart the editor for the assets to appear.

hey man, i might be really stupid but im also super new to source 2 and i cant figure out how to get these assets to work in the tools, is there a link or somewhere where i can see how to actually properly install assets for the source 2/half life alyx sdk?

I have updated this to now have prefabs for all the skies with custom-made lighting, so you can just drag and drop any of them on your map.
