@Fudo as stated in the description, add the ship lines in the map editor yourself.

@FoftyCent yeah I am aware of this issue, no idea what causes this. Fortunately, the mod "Extra Landscaping Tools" offers a workaround for this problem, since it enables the map editor water panel in-game. There you can press the button "reset sea level" and the water should be right back to its original level.

Got it working, but now I have some problems with the sea level, It seems to go down during nights and it never returns.

Well, I did now, also going to enable the highways. Once I do that, I'll let you know if it worked.
