Seems like this mod has the opposite effect on the player. They just spawned as my trusted friends, which turned the entire map against me.

@FiftyTifty - Thanks for mod! Just what I needed; after endless wars with Orks, it's infuriating when Chaos shows up and likes them contrary to the lore.
I made a tiny edit of this mod to remove diplomacy penalties for Norsca, Beastmen, and Skaven - if anyone wants I will send with permission of FiftyTifty.

By default they'll just completely ignore most factions. They'll actively hunt everyone out if the diplomacy values are low enough.

As far as the chaos invasion is concerned, everyone else is to be eaten. -500 diplo minimum with every other faction :D
