Would be cool for the secrets to work and to have more enemies.
It felt huge, so I increased the walking/combat speed to 130%
Also enabled the Dismemberment addon to get some gore into it.

It also doesn't have the secrets of the game it attempts to pay tribute.
It feels enormous, as though it is double the size it should be
(although this could be attributed to mapping software limitations).

I appricate you liked my port! You need to create soundevents for Hammer to see sound files. But it's still buggy i've added Doom OST with door sound effects but sometimes game doesn't plays it and sometimes do play it. And i used a Python script convert vmt files to vmat (I converted textures to VTF with VMT on VTFEdit). Then i edit textures one by one on Material Editor. It's really tricky to create something for Source 2. I've been working on SDK like 5 months. Valve will release docs soon, i'd say wait them, because there's literally nothing you can do except keep experimenting.
Infinite load screen happens when you try to load map through console or Hammer.

Could be something you have locally but not properly compiled and added to workshop
To be honest Video is older gameplay for this map, it's different than workshop.
Does it contain the secrets?
I think the enemies are too tough, even for highest difficulty.
Also, they shouldn't all have SMGs.
There should also be health and ammo pickups for pistol and shotgun.
Health pickups could work once you get the damage correct.
Perhaps you could replace the fire demons with grenade throwers, rather than using same for all of them.
